Meet NYC Oral Surgeon,
Andre C. Stein, DDS
He graduated from Adelphi University with honors and received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Biology. He attended NYU College of Dentistry where he received his DDS degree and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society. He then completed a residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at State University-Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, New York. He was chief resident in his final year of residency.
Dr. Stein and Dr. Blank established the partnership after their residency training and have been practicing at our current location continuously since 1979. Dr. Stein also serves as a clinical instructor and attending surgeon at Kings County Hospital where he trains and supervises Oral & Maxillofacial residents in the operating room. He has been awarded the “Attending of the Year” award by his residents. He has also attended several other hospitals at which he has helped train post-graduate dentists during their general practice residencies.
Dr. Stein maintains admitting privileges at Beth Israel-Mt. Sinai Medical Center and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
