Meet NYC ORal Surgeon,
David M. Blank, DDS
Dr. Blank is a founding partner of our practice. He was born, raised, and educated in New York. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Queens College and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry.
At NYU, Dr. Blank received the Class Memorial Award for receiving the highest scholastic average during his freshman year. He also went on to be awarded the Samuel Hess Memorial Award for outstanding ability and excellence in scholarship. He then completed a prestigious Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center-Kings County Hospital Center where he served as chief resident.
Dr. Blank is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Blank has also been a clinical instructor and operating room attending for 37 years. He has trained countless residents at Kings County Hospital Center, Mount Sinai-Beth Israel Medical Center, Maimonides Medical Center, Sydenham Hospital, and Harlem Hospital. Dr. Blank has also been inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Society for excellence in scholarship.
